Together with the management of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe we are looking for you as Application Manager MS Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

The Neumann Kaffee Gruppe is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process in which you as Application Manager MS Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) will play a key role in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

  • You ensure day-to-day operations and support the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance&Operations) in collaboration with external service providers and internal contacts
  • You handle the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the setup and management of user accounts, roles, permissions, and license management
  • You manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure in a Microsoft Azure environment and assist with support requests and troubleshooting
  • You monitor system performance, keep an eye on possible optimisation needs and thus support the improvement of the infrastructure of the entire group of companies
  • You form the interface to the service providers and are responsible for licence management

Profil

Your profile

  • You are experienced in the further development and administration of company-wide software solutions; preferably with MS Dynamics 365
  • You have sound knowledge in the cloud solution area, ideally in MS Azure
  • You are communicative, have a strong customer and solution orientation and are used to working with different stakeholders
  • You have a good command of English and experience of working in an international context
