Aufgaben
Your tasks
- As an IoT Architect, you will be responsible for the creation and further development of a cross-industry, advanced IoT platform, working closely with the Head of Software Development, the Product Owners and the Lead Edge Engineer
- Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will design the development and integration of individual IoT platform components (device management, device updates) on Azure in order to enter the production phase in the next step
- You make all architectural decisions to optimise and scale the platform and to build platform components, such as a uniform data ingestion solution
- By creating a security concept, you ensure the smooth transfer and storage of IoT data in the cloud
Profil
Your profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of IoT topologies and experience in the development of IoT products and platforms, including the design of service-oriented architectures
- Experience in working with Azure components (such as IoT Hub, Event Grid or IoT Edge Runtime) or Google Cloud IoT or AWS IoT
- Profound knowledge of the programming languages C#, .NET and EF-Core and in securing IoT systems and frameworks
- Good knowledge of containers (e.g. Docker) and Kubernetes (ideally AKS)
- You are a strong communicator and team player with business fluent English skills
