Neumann Kaffee Gruppe is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process, in which you as Project Manager (m/f/d) will take on a key position in the planning, coordination and responsibility of the global digitalisation project and thus ensure the quality of the project implementation.

Aufgaben
Your tasks
- You will work closely with the project team, group companies, the software supplier, external partners and the decision makers at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe
- You define project standards and control methods to ensure that project management and communication with all parties is solid and efficient
- You will be responsible for project planning, project resource planning, project controlling and project documentation
- You will play a responsible role in the global introduction of a digital eco-system in which MS Dynamics 365 F&O plays a central role and ensure efficient project implementation
Profil
Your profile
- You have sound project management experience or experience in the Project Management Office, in the environment of digital transformations
- You have experience in taking responsibility for large-scale projects as part of an international ERP rollout with the application of ‘waterfall’ and ‘hybrid’ project management methods
- You are a team player with strong leadership, organisational and planning skills; you also have an eye for detail and structure
- You communicate equally well with stakeholders at all levels and have strong intercultural skills and fluency in English; in addition, you see occasional travelling and being ‘on site’ as an asset
