Press Release: PALTRON named "Top Personnel Service Provider" by FOCUS Business for the third time in a row

PALTRON receives the FOCUS Business award "Top Personnel Service Provider" again in 2023. For the third time in a row, the Hamburg-based HR consultancy has secured the title in the category "Professional & Specialist Search". The award is based on the results of an online survey of a total of almost 4,000 HR managers and job-seekers.

The top lists are compiled every year on behalf of FOCUS by the independent research institute Statista and published in the magazine FOCUS-BUSINESS. For the 2023 survey, more than 2,200 HR managers and 2,000 job seekers were asked about their experiences in working with HR service providers and HR consultancies. The performance of recruitment consultancies is measured by criteria such as quality of service, price-performance ratio and speed of placement. A list of 3,000 recruitment consultancies forms the basis of the survey. The companies with the highest recommendation frequency make it into the list of the 219 top personnel service providers, which is divided into the categories of executive search, professional search, freelancer recruitment and temporary employment agencies.
