Hamburg, Düsseldorf, 11 December 2020 -

According to WirtschaftsWoche, PALTRON is once again one of the best recruitment consultancies in Germany this year. In this year's survey of 2,600 HR decision-makers, the Hamburg-based recruitment agency once again made it onto the best list in the IT sector. The ranking is based on the evaluation of the collaboration by clients of the recruitment consultancies. Utilisation, reputation and awareness are also included in the evaluation as important parameters.

Josef Günthner is Managing Director and founder of PALTRON and is delighted with the renewed success: "We are delighted that we have been recognised as one of the best recruitment consultancies in Germany for the second time in a row! It shows that the quality of our consultations and placements is consistently high and reliable. Of course, we have also worked hard this year to develop further and adapt flexibly to the changing conditions on the market. Especially in these unusual and difficult times, I am very proud when I see what my team achieves on a daily basis and how it is constantly striving to improve. A committed and adaptable team is the key to continued success!"

Every year, WirtschaftsWoche examines several hundred recruitment consultancies for the satisfaction of their clients. Service providers with top marks then receive the "Best Personnel Consultants" award. Between July and October 2020, over 890 recruitment service providers were scrutinised. A questionnaire developed by Professor Christel Gade, Bad Honnef University of Applied Sciences, served as the basis. The list of award-winning consultancies will be published in issue 51/2020 of WirtschaftsWoche.
