PALTRON GmbH has emerged as the "Best Personnel Consultant 2024" in a survey conducted by the SZ Institute. In the ranking of the top 85 personnel consultancies in Germany, PALTRON achieved an above-average result with a score of 109 points.

2,000 managers surveyed rated a total of 177 recruitment consultancies in terms of their reputation and key aspects such as expertise, customer focus, diversity of methods, network, confidentiality and communication.
The study conducted by Innofact on behalf of the SZ Institute covered the period from 15 to 25 April 2024. The results of the ranking were announced on 24 June in the print edition 143/2024 of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and published online.
